Terms of service

GENERAL TERMS

• Please carefully review my TOS before requesting to commission me! Proceed to the "How to Commission" section at the end of the TOS.

• If you do not agree with the terms, I suggest finding another artist. By submitting a request, you are accepting my TOS.

• I work on commissions Monday to Friday, excluding sick days and holidays.

• I only provide digital files (not printed art) in the sizes specified under commission pricing, unless otherwise specified by the client.
• Sketches will be sent to you for approval before any line art or colouring. This is the only time you can request changes without additional charge. Max 2 revisions with no additional fees. Once the client has approved the sketch, only color changes can be made without additional fees.

• I reserve the right to increase the price if you request a drawing with high difficulty.

• I do not draw mecha or furry characters.

• I reserve the right to cancel your request at any time if I am having trouble drawing it, or if you have been proven difficult to work with in any way. A full refund will be provided if I decide to cancel.

• I tend to post work-in-progress photos on my social media. If you do not wish for me to share photos of your project before completion or if you are planning a debut at a later date, please notify me beforehand.

• I will keep you up to date with the progress of your project and notify you if there are any delays.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

• For personal use only. Artwork cannot be used commercially unless otherwise discussed.

• Additional charges will apply for commercial use. This means you are not allowed to use the artwork for profit (such as merchandise).

• I maintain the right to display my artwork on my social media. If you do not wish for me to share it, you may pay an additional fee of +25%.

• Do not edit, copy, or trace my work without my permission.

• Clients must give me proper credit as the artist by leaving a link to my Instagram (@tachi.ane) when reposting my artwork. Please credit me when used on any of your social media. Failure to provide proper credit may result in being blacklisted for future commissions.

DRAWING PREFERENCES

Unfortunately, I am not talented enough to draw everything. I will still accept some commissions outside of my preferred drawing style, but these are the things I enjoy drawing the most and believe are my strengths (higher chances of me picking your request! 😊). That said, I don't draw:

How to commision?

Fill out the request form link within the stipulated time frame and if you have any questions.

Payment

• I only accept payment through PayPal (If you are Brazilian, I also accept Pix).

• I require full payment before I begin working on your commission. No payment is required upon accepting your commission, only when I am about to start.

• The listed commission prices are before taxes and fees. A 5% fee will be added to cover both.

• Do not send any payment unless I have accepted your commission, requested payment, and sent an invoice through PayPal/Stripe.

• If you fail to send your payment within 48 hours of receiving your invoice, I reserve the right to cancel your commission.

• If you have been accepted but fail to send your payment or respond promptly (within 48 hours), I reserve the right to cancel or move on to other commissions.

• I do not provide physical or digital invoices, only payment receipts.
